About the role
Our client is a well regarded large government agency and they are looking for an intermediate to senior Change Manager with a TSPV clearance to undertake change analysis activities, assess people change impacts, identify and prepare change risk mitigations.
What you will be doing
- Preparing a range of materials including change, training, and communication plans in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams.
- Conducting workshops as required
- Creating compelling and informative content, ensures timely delivery of key messages.
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Support & provision of change coaching to sponsors and senior executives.
- 2 to 5+ years of relevant change management experience.
- PROSCI, APMG or equivalent change management experience desirable.
- Experience developing and implementing change management for ICT projects desirable.
- Experience in undertaking change analysis activities, including assessing people change impacts.
- Experience in preparing change strategies and plans, and communication plans.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement.
