About the Opportunities:
Flavorite Tatura are looking for passionate and motivated applicants seeking to get a foot in the door and develop their career or gain experience in the field of horticulture. We have a variety of roles on offer across our business, if this is of interest to you, we welcome your application!
At Flavorite, we provide new team members with a full onboarding and training program to set them up for success.
The successful candidate/s will have:
- An interest in gaining experience or developing their career in horticulture.
- Positive and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Be comfortable in participating in and providing training.
- Process driven and able to follow instructions.
- An understanding and appreciation of safe working practices
- Experience with Microsoft products (Team Leader roles)
A background in hospitality or retail is regarded, but not essential. At Flavorite we believe our entry level Team Leader or Team Member roles will suit candidates who have great communication skills, are reliable and responsible, and who are motivated and enthusiastic at the idea of developing their skills in a new and growing industry, and note, we are strong supporters of promoting internally!
Flavorite Tatura
Located in Tatura VIC, within the Goulburn Valley, also known as Australia's food bowl, the region is abundant with orchards, wineries, produce makers and river networks. Our expanding Tatura location is currently 27 Hectares and continuing to grow with an additional Glasshouse and new Packing Facility under construction and operational mid 2024, that will lead to further opportunities in our business.
