The Position
- Present incredibly nutritious, safe and healthy meals
- Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
- Some simple food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary working space
- Some dishes and kitchen clean up
- Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
- This is a role where we have to be super sensitive to the allergen requirements
The Person
- 2+ years experience in hospitality in an allergen and dietary aware environment
- Able to use own initiative to improve results and exceed expectations
- Talent and drive to work unsupervised and to be self motivated
- Excellent knowledge of safe kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
