AddressSupplying to multiple Aged Care sites and Early Learning Centres, we are seeking qualified and experienced Chefs for an immediate start!
Your new role!
- Previous experience within the Aged Care industry required
- Day Time shifts available over a 7 days a roster
- A high level of safety, quality, hygiene and PPE standards is extremely important
- Ability to work to the sites deadlines and expectations
- To be eligible for the work you MUST have both your Flu and 3 x COVID Vaccinations, National Police Check and an Employee WWCC (for child care only)
- Certificate III (or similar) in Commercial Cookery
- Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a commercial cooking environment
- An understanding of dietary requirements of the clients of an Aged Care and/or Early Learning Centre facility is highly desirable
- The ability to ensure all activities are undertaken within food safety standards
- A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to communicate (both written and verbally) effectively with management and staff and work with minimal supervision.
