ZoopZoop artisan loaves is a small sourdough bakery located in Margaret River that specializes in artisan sourdough breads and bagels. We are a wholesale operation and supply cafes, restaurants, the local supermarket and attend the farmers market on a weekly basis. We are entering our fourth year and the business continues to grow, we are on the hunt for a new baker to lead the team, this is a role that will suit a chef with baking skills or an experienced baker.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience on a similar role is a bonus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing Daily production of bread and bagels.
- Responsible for daily operation of the bakery.
- Ordering from suppliers.
- Planning production for the week.
- Coordinating staff and assistants.
