Job description

The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef to join our fast-paced and talented kitchen team at Campbell and George! This role is best suited to someone with previous Chef experience who is ready to take their skills to the next level.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of food preparation
  • Assist in ordering and stock control
  • Assist in design, costing and implementation with the ability to demonstrate this
  • Help mentor and train kitchen team members
  • Ensure compliance is met across food safety, in all areas

About you

  • Available to work across 7 days, including most weekends
  • Recent experience as a Chef in a Club environment would be highly desirable
  • Be personable and have a flexible attitude with the role and the team
  • Ability to maintain and build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Commitment to achieving the highest quality food outcomes
  • Work calmly under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven time management skills and exceptional communication
  • Hold relevant Trade qualifications – Cert 3 minimum
