Hello!
We are a Tonkatsu specialist restaurant opening a new branch / new brand in Melbourne CBD. We are looking for full time chefs / cooks / Kitchen Team Members.
Our menu is small and operation is simple, but execution and quality must be tip-top. You will be required to pay attention to the finer details during execution of the dishes.
The Venue will be a small 20+ seater restaurant in the heart of CBD.
Your role will include:
- Food Preparation
- Cooking & Plating
- Cleaning as necessary
- To have an understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Taking note of inventory levels & communicating with management
Holiday and penalty rates apply.
