Chef de Cuisine – Melbourne Cricket Ground

Delaware North have a rare opportunity for a talented Chef De Cuisine to join our culinary team at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). With a capacity of more than 100,000, the MCG is the largest sporting stadium in the Southern Hemisphere and 10th largest stadium in the world. The MCG hosts several Australian Football League (AFL) teams, as well as cricket matches, concerts and special events and non-event-day functions.  Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine will play a key leadership role within our team, overseeing culinary operations including high-volume production across event-day and non-event day catering.  Responsibilities will include: Delivery of event-day and non-event day catering.
