Osteria Polpo is a unique and exciting new Italian restaurant with a focus on Northern Italian cuisine and the cicchetterie of Venice.
Due to our popularity in a short period of time, we are seeking the services of 2 full time Chef de Partie and a permanent part time Commis Chef (hours to be negotiated)
Our trading hours are Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner, Sundays only lunch. The applicant will be required to work days, nights and weekends over a 5 day week.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef who wants to take the next step in their career. Experience in this role and with Italian cuisine and pasta making especially an advantage.
The person we are seeking must be passionate, able to work in a small team, a great communicator, neat and creative.

Remuneration to be negotiated and commensurate with experience.
