Whoever you are, whatever your title, we're all on the same level!What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
• Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
• An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Trade cooking qualifications are essential ( cert 3 minimum)
• Flexible availability
