About the business and the role
Houlihan's is a busy established Take Home Food Store in Hampton Street Brighton.
We have been operating for 25 years with a team of 3 full time chefs and 2 part time chefs.
Houlihan's is owned by brother and sister team Greg Dodd and Sally Carroll who continue to be a hands on concern in both cooking and running of the business.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This Position is Full time days Only. Monday to Saturday with a day off mid week, to be discussed. 6.00 am start.
We required an experienced chef to cook a variety of meals to set recipes. There is no service. We require a chef to be fully qualified in all aspects of cooking.
Our customers expect the same consistency daily and all recipes must be strictly adhered to.
Skills and experience
We are a very busy Food store with a reputation for quality and consistency. We are looking for an applicant that has completed a full chef's apprenticeship had experience and a consistent employment history.
