We are now on the lookout for an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team.

5-7 years experience in a reputed kitchen / Must have kitchen management skills .
About the role
This is a full-time position. As the Chef, you will be in charge of:
• Day-to-day kitchen operations
• Menu planning, costings, and stocktaking
• Menu preparation, ensuring that standard recipes are followed
• Cooking and presenting food
• Implementing multiple cooking procedures
• Monitoring food quality
• Management of cleanliness within the kitchen applying workplace safety and hygiene procedures
Required Skills and Experience
• Diploma of Hospitality Management plus 2 years' experience in the same occupation or closely related ORat least 3 years' experience in the same occupation or closely related
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience training staff
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine
• A real passion for preparing and cooking food and creating specials
Job Type: Full-time
Annual Salary: $70,000
