Experience
- Prior experience working in a fast paced restaurant.
- Knowledge in a food health and safety
- Passion for service and the production of fresh produce
- Greater than 1 year experience (bonus)
Competencies(knowledge, skills and behaviours):
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Responsible for driving the improvement of people, product and service
- Responsible for the daily management of kitchen production
- Driving stock management, financial performance & areas for growth across the kitchen operations
- An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
