Exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Chef to join the growing kitchen team at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham.
Applicants must have strong experience in busy kitchens, be capable with fast paced, high volume service, take pride in food presentation and be effective in a busy team environment.
Key Requirements are:
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Cook food per orders in the menu
- Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
- Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
- Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
- Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
- Completed Trade Qualification
Permanent Full Time role.
Salary: $70K - $75K (plus super)
