About the role

Roy's by Gemelli is currently recruiting an experienced chef to join the Gemelli family - Italian candidates preferred, but not necessary.

Duties

• Work closely with the chefs to ensure smooth operation
• Work with the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
• Managing all dine-in and takeaway orders
• Handling fast-pace restaurant operations
• Prepping and making delicious food

Skills & Experience

• Proven 2year experience in a similar role.
• Full working rights in Australia
• A calm and professional approach to their job
• Strong communication skills
• Incredible attention to detail
• Staff and customer service focused
