Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Chemical Batchingand Decanting Operator to play a vital role in our production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring, batching, and Decanting chemicals while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and batch chemicals according to specified formulas and instructions.
• Safely transfer and decant chemicals from one container to another, ensuring no cross-contamination or spills.
• Maintain precise records of batch quantities, times, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Monitor and control equipment, including mixers, pumps, and valves, to ensure proper chemical processing.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with chemical handling.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring and replenishing chemical supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless production operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (chemical-related education or certifications a plus).
• Previous experience in Chemical Batchingand Decanting or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent understanding of chemical safety protocols and handling procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy containers as required.
