About This RoleWe are currently looking for a preferably experienced Chemical Blender on a full-time basis. This position is 38hrs a week Monday - Friday with set hours. Monday - Thursday is 7:30am - 4pm and Fridays are 7:30am - 2pm (however these hours may be brought forward to a 6am start during summer only on a short term basis due to the heat). Overtime may be required on occasion but any requested overtime is optional and would be paid at penalty rates.
We are happy to train the right candidate so previous experience is not mandatory however any successful candidate must be decent with math in order to read and convert our recipes/work orders as needed.
Duties Involved:
- Production of our products.
- Labelling and packaging of our products.
- General Factory Duties.
- Moving product with forklifts.
- Cleaning left over product from empty containers.
- Dealing with some hazardous chemicals as required. (Full PPE and training will be provided)
- LF Forklift License and Drivers License are mandatory. You will not be successful if you do not possess both of these as they are required to do everyday tasks as part of the role.
