There is an exciting opportunity available for a senior leader to join one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds. As the Chief Experience Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Member Engagement team in all areas related to member engagement, marketing and communications including media contact, and management of State Supers brand and profile.
Reporting to the CEO and as part of the leadership team, your key accountabilities include but not limited to:
- Strategic involvement in the management of member engagement services
- Effective management of the brand and profile of State Super, ensuring effective engagement with all stakeholders
- Develop and manage service contracts with outsource service provides including creation of appropriate risk management frameworks and strategies for the life-cycle of the system
