Job Title: Chief Growth Officer - Fintech Scale Up

As they continue to expand they are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief Growth Officer to lead their Sales and GTM teams.
Position Overview:
As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This position requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker, a dynamic communicator, and a results-driven professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships to drive business expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Implement effective sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Define and refine the company's GTM strategy, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to align GTM strategies with offerings.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve GTM processes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Work with Product Development, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Regularly analyse and report on key performance indicators to the executive team.
- Proven experience as a senior leader in Sales and Marketing, preferably as a Chief Growth Officer or Revenue Officer or Commercial Officer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that resulted in increased revenue and market share.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
