• Provide strategic oversight and high-level advice to the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team.
• Coordinate and support the obligations of the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team across business areas.
• Manage workflows through the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE) and provide strategic and administrative support.
• Ensure the strategic agenda is effectively driven throughout the governance framework of the agency.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills with excellent prioritisation and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in managing with influence and navigating diverse responsibilities across multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with various teams and stakeholders.
• Adept at balancing competing priorities with a strategic mindset and sound judgement.
