Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CEO and lead the sales strategy to drive the team from $0.00 to $1,000,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies encompassing Cold Email Outbound, Cold Calling, and efficiently managing Inbound DMs and Messages Online.
- Oversee and optimize PPC Ad Campaigns to drive prospects to schedule meetings, focusing on conversion rates and ROI.
- Innovate and implement strategies for acquiring high-value Referrals from Existing Clients, strengthening client relationships and advocacy.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the company's strategic goals and market trends.
- Lead and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and setting clear performance metrics.
- Understand and navigate complex business sales, particularly in securing retainers and meeting KPIs that lead to eCom Brands acquiring equity in client transactions, similar to a venture capital model but based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Strong understanding of complex sales processes and performance-based business models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales approaches.
