JOB TITLE: Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
LOCATION: East Melbourne
REPORT TO: CEO and COO
JOB PURPOSE: Lead digital transformation efforts, driving the transition from legacy systems to innovative technologies, enhancing efficiency and performance across various business functions.
DUTIES:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess existing legacy systems, identifying areas for modernization and migration.
- Research and select suitable technologies for modernization.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for smooth transition and adoption.
- Foster stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration and gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Establish metrics to track progress and communicate results to the executive team.
- Manage department meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle ad hoc duties as requested by management.
SKILLS:
- Extensive digital transformation leadership experience.
- Strong software development background. (Ideally .NET but not required)
- Strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Change management expertise.
