JOB TITLE: Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

LOCATION: East Melbourne

REPORT TO: CEO and COO

JOB PURPOSE: Lead digital transformation efforts, driving the transition from legacy systems to innovative technologies, enhancing efficiency and performance across various business functions.

DUTIES:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess existing legacy systems, identifying areas for modernization and migration.
• Research and select suitable technologies for modernization.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for smooth transition and adoption.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration and gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
• Establish metrics to track progress and communicate results to the executive team.
• Manage department meetings and performance reviews.
• Handle ad hoc duties as requested by management.

SKILLS:

• Extensive digital transformation leadership experience.
• Strong software development background. (Ideally .NET but not required)
• Strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Change management expertise.
