We are seeking a qualified and experienced Child Care Centre Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and administration of the childCare Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early Childhood Education and care services.

This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the childCare Centre, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to educators, ensuring they adhere to best practices in childcare and early Childhood Education.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep educators updated on new methodologies and regulations.
- Foster open communication with parents and families, addressing their concerns and involving them in their child's learning journey.
- Organize family engagement events and activities to strengthen partnerships.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a secure environment.
- Implement health and hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to staff members.
- Offer mentorship and coaching to support staff in their roles.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations based on predefined criteria.
- Support staff members in setting and achieving professional development goals.
- Keep accurate records of enrolment, attendance, and financial transactions.
- Develop and manage operational budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
- Develop a curriculum that aligns with early Childhood Education standards and promotes holistic development.
- Plan engaging activities and experiences that cater to individual learning styles and interests.
- Stay informed about relevant government regulations and standards.
- Ensure the childCare Centre meets all licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Diploma of early Childhood Education and care
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Centre Manager in a childcare and early learning Centre
- Sound understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
- Strong, confident, and motivated personality with an ambition to provide standards of excellence.
- A current working with children check, First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80.000- $90.000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
