BB Recruitment conducts business consulting and recruitment within the early years and primary education sector. We acknowledge the need for committed and passionate childcare educators and teachers to be engaged with the centre's children, encouraging and supporting their learning and development.
BB Recruitment is looking for early years childcare educators and primary teachers interested in being part of a unique work environment that provides a supportive, happy and safe work team. We want to establish a list of educators and Early Childhood Teachers who can work at short notice or be booked for a block of work. We are keen to hear from Educators with a Cert III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching degree.

You are welcome to join our professional development days and workshops, or if you want to come and relax, have a beverage in our breakout area with your colleagues; this is ok too. As a relief team member, you have complete control of when you work and how many hours you do.
Successful applicants will have a
- Certificate III (child studies) OR Diploma(Child Studies) OR Degree in Early Childhood Teaching/Educator.
- Current first aid certificate
- Fully vaccinated against COVID 19
- Working With Children Check
- Ideally, have previous preschool/childcare experience.
- Excellent communication skills
You will:
- Be a team player and a natural collaborator who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Work shifts, Monday to Friday, between 6.00 am – 8.00 pm. (Please note that these can sometimes be requested last minute due to the nature of relief work)
- Holds or is working towards an ACEQA-approved qualification
- Hold a Current working with children check
- Be able to attend last-minute shifts (have appropriate travel options)
