Childcare Receptionist

Learning Ladder ELC Watsonia is an owner operated service which works collaboratively with a Central support team to deliver real outcomes for families and children.

We are currently seeking passionate Reception/Admin/3IC Staff to join our team.

To be successful in this Job role, you should have below qualities: 

• Past Admin/Director/Assistant Director/3IC experience in Childcare setting.
• Excellent communication and sound computer skills. 
• Sound knowledge of Qikkids or similar software. 
• Candidate should be available to work 4 to 5 days in a week. (5 days available applications will be given priority)  
• This is a full-time position where you need to be flexible to work both ends of the day so you can build those relationships with the families and the teams. 
• Personality to take constructive feedback from support team or area managers. 
• Individuals who are looking for long term relationship/commitment/role. We believe in building relationships unlike just finding candidates. 
• Commitment and loyalty towards work place. 
• Willingness to follow, adopt and learn Learning Ladder ELC protocols, principals and work culture.  
• If no Past experience but you still have above mentioned qualities, our admin team will provide support, guidance and mentoring to make you ready for this role.
