We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as a Childcare Trainee.
Position Overview:
As a Childcare Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced educators to develop your skills and knowledge in Early Childhood Education. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist educators in planning and implementing educational programs and activities.
- Support the social, emotional and cognitive development of the children.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development and team meetings.
Qualification and Skills:
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in childcare and Early Childhood Education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Current Working with Children check
