The role
Managing 8 well established child care centres across the Sydney and the Central Coast, your responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor, coach and support centre managers to work on any centre development areas
- Work with senior managers to develop annual business plans and budgets
- Review and monitor all staff around the NQF, EYLF and company policies
- Manage all HR related queries including recruitment, training, annual reviews etc
- Responsible for the overall performance of each service
- Traveling to services based on prioritization of support required

Your skills and experience
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, exposure to multiple service management will be highly regarded
- A current drivers license
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Demonstrated experience and ability in business and performance management of a service
- Strong background working across the early years education sector
- Key understanding across the EYLF platform
