Wok Chef
- Experience in Asian kitchens or a passion for Asian cooking,
- Have experience cooking on a Wok
- Be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Remain calm under pressure, with good communication
- Experience in Cantonese Cuisine preferred
Peking duck and /or Dim Sum Chef
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specialising in Dim Sum or pecking duck master
- Understanding Dim Sum techniques
- Ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
- Knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
- Experience in Hatted, fine dining restaurants or similar
- Training, educating, and developing the team in Dim Sum production
- Managing food costs and wastage
