Chinese chef needed Dim-sum/ wok/ bbq

Chinadina is a new venture opening soon in Noosa, a beautiful Chinese decor, 120 seats restaurant, focus on a cantonese dining style, it is an exciting opening the only Chinese restaurant in Noosa.

Restaurant open 5 days a week.

Wok Chef

• Experience in Asian kitchens or a passion for Asian cooking,
• Have experience cooking on a Wok
• Be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Remain calm under pressure, with good communication
• Experience in Cantonese Cuisine preferred 

Peking duck and /or Dim Sum Chef

• A minimum of 3 years of experience specialising in Dim Sum or pecking duck master
• Understanding Dim Sum techniques
• Ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
• Experience in Hatted, fine dining restaurants or similar 
• Training, educating, and developing the team in Dim Sum production
• Managing food costs and wastage
