Position Overview: As a Chopper Gun/Laminator Operator at Freedom Pool, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the creation of high-quality Fibreglass Pools. This is a permanent full-time position based in Yatala, Queensland, offering an attractive salary, comprehensive training, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate chopper guns and laminating equipment to fabricate Fibreglass Pools according to specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machinery settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Carry out general hand duties throughout the factory, including laminating of pools and general duties associated with Fibreglass Pool Manufacturing.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chopper Gun/Laminator Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Fibreglass Pool production processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
