About the role
Calvary Kooyong is an innovative new precinct in Caulfield that houses independent living, aged care, and hospital services in one modern site. Our Commonwealth Home Support Program coordinates and provides services for people in our local community who are over 65. Your main duties will include:
- Deliver administrative support services, including but not limited to coordination of supports, data entry, and client liaison, as required by the CHSP coordinator.
- Provide direct care support to the CHSP day respite program when it is instated, including but not limited to support for individual and group activities, personal care and hygiene tasks with patients, and maintenance of accurate records.
About you
- Certificate III in Health Support Services/Client and Patient Support Services or equivalent
- Demonstrated and on-going entitlement to work in Australia
- Employees must undergo a National Police Record Check and/or a Working With Children Check in accordance with the CHCB Policy
- Good understanding of ageing and age-related conditions
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations mandatory unless exempt
