Duties:
- Safely operate rigging equipment to lift, move, and position heavy materials and telecommunication structures.
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication infrastructure including towers, antennas, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet specifications and adhere to safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on rigging and telecommunication equipment.
- Assist in planning and executing rigging and telecommunication operations.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to carry out precise construction tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance on all job sites.
- All Aspects of civil earthworks including operating machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, trenching & heavy manual labour.
- All aspects of concrete and steel fixing operations.
Requirements:
- Tower Rescue, First Aid & CPR, Work at Heights & EWP over 11m
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and lab drug screen
- Ability to read and interpret construction and telecommunication plans and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to rigging and telecommunication.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in rigging and telecommunication construction are highly desirable.
- Must be able to work away in remote locations across Western Australia
