Civil Earthworks Supervisor

S26 Supervisors for various projects including drill pads, access tracks, ramps, dust suppression and constructions works.

On behalf of our client RemX Australia which is a multi-faceted company located in Perth, we are seeking a S26 Civil Supervisors eager to join the team and assist in the continued growth of RemX Australia in a FIFO capacity.
The Opportunity:
We require suitably qualified and skilled Civil Supervisors eager to lead a team and assist in the growth of the business. Multiple projects including drill pads, access tracks, ramps, dust suppression and constructions works.
Benefits:

• $80/hr Pay Rate
• Superannuation paid on all hours
• 2/1 roster FIFO Perth
• Tier 1 Mine Site

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage team of operators
• Plan, prepare and implement daily pre start meetings
• Assign machinery to personnel
• Ensure personnel are carrying out their tasks correctly and efficiently
• Complete site/workplace paperwork effectively
• Must be highly experienced in FIFO civil construction environments
• Proven track record leading a team of operators
• Team player who is reliable, proactive and eager to be part of innovative company

Requirements:

• Must have Section 26 Supervisors Certificate or Section 44
• BHP Inducted Candidates Preferred but not essential
• Experience with drill pad construction & rehabilitation work desirable
• Must hold a current HR license
• Be able to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
• White Card
• Police Clearance required
