AWX are seeking experienced Civil Labourers for work opportunities with multiple clients in Townsville and surrounding areas. You need to have the ability to commence immediately. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in civil construction within pipelaying or road maintenance/upgrade is highly regarded
• Must have a valid Driver's Licence, MR Drivers Licence or above is highly regarded but not essential
• Construction White Card
• Additional tickets such as RII Roller and Confined Space is highly regarded
• Must be a resident of Townsville
• Physically fit and capable for manual duties
GENERIC REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, physical and D&A
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to work away if/when required
• A quick learner who can think on their feet
• Reliable and flexible
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and with others
