About the role

We are looking for Civil Operators to join the team based in Port Hedland at Dampier Salt. This is a great opportunity for experienced, safety focused Mobile Plant Operators to join the Rio Tinto Dampier Salt team. 

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, this rare and exciting opportunity will see you working a 7 day on/ 7 day off roster (day shift only) giving you more time to enjoy the beautiful coastal lifestyle Port Hedland has to offer.

Ideal candidates will have nationally recognised tickets on the following machinery:

  • Grader
  • Excavator
  • Full manual C class licence

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working in a Mining Operations role in mining or another heavy industry.
  • A full manual C class licence
