Cladding Supervisor - 6 month contract - North Melbourne

The Company:
A leading Melbourne based builder that delivers high quality projects operating for over 35 years. Priding themselves on long term relationships with all business partners including clients, building consultants, contractors, and employees.
The Role:
The cladding site supervisor is a site based position on a 6 month contract working on a $1.2 million project located in North Melbourne.
Contract is due to kick off in 1 week and lasting until August.
Key activities (include but are not limited to the following):

• Consistent and accurate supervision administration of allocated jobs
• Driving programme and productivity on each site in line with the approved design and protect schedule
• Organisation, scheduling and budgeting of allocated projects working with key stake holders, supervisors, contractors and suppliers
• Cost management and cost control of all contractor and supplier invoices
• Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
• Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates
• Promoting a safe and WHS compliant work place

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in cladding
• Carpentry / Leading Hand experience
• Thorough understanding of construction process, methodology, critical inspection, required statutory compliance and WHS compliance
• Understanding design documentation and critical building methods
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Proactive and outcome focused
• Excellent communication
