- Manage and assess a portfolio of Group IP and TPD claims
- Liaise with rehabilitation providers, medical and legal professionals, advisers and all stakeholders
- Initiate claims investigations
- Request medical and financial information
- Work in beautiful modern offices with 2 days work from home flexibility
- Flexible start/ finish times
- Make claim decisions according to your authority level
- Proven experience as a Life Claims Assessor in either Group/Retail
- Experience in assessing Income Protection (IP) and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims- hold a current DA
- Ability to handle a high volume of claims and provide fantastic customer service
- Resilience and empathy are key in the role, you will have a true passion for helping other in difficult times
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Law or Finance is preferable
