You'll be responsible for
- Offer administrative support to ensure the assigned team meets KPI targets.
- Ensure timely completion of allocated tasks in accordance with agreed-upon timeframes and standards.
- Maintain high-quality work standards with minimal errors, addressing potential errors as part of daily tasks and communicating them appropriately.
- Adhere to Claims Handling Guidelines outlined by the MACA 1999 and agreed AAL standards to ensure compliance in all aspects.
- Assist the CTP Call Centre by handling calls, providing support to claimants, and directing them to the appropriate claims consultant or team.
- Recognize the diverse range of customers associated with NSW CTP Claims, actively cultivate customer relationships by understanding their needs, anticipating and offering solutions, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Experience providing team administration support.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies with information
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt within accordance with an agreed timeline and scope
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarify, impact and influence.
