St Peter's Primary School Port Macquarie first opened its classroom doors in 1993 with 4 classes and 94 students. Today our school caters for over 500 students, with over 50 staff supporting the development and wellbeing of each child. St Peter's Primary School is located on the beautiful Mid North Coast and forms part of the St Agnes' Catholic Parish Schools. Each student’s personal growth and the pursuit of learning within the Catholic context is nurtured, promoted and celebrated in partnership with parents, pastors, Parish and the wider community. Classroom and Learning Support / Teachers Aide
Part time temporary Position - 30 Hours per week (5 Days per week)
commencing 29th April 2024 for the remainder of 2024 school year.

Applicants must:
- hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
- comply with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
- experience in working with children with special needs, including children on the autistic spectrum
- awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of EpiPen
- experience in working collaboratively with teaching staff in a classroom environment
Your application should address the above criteria including the nomination of two (2) referees including a Parish Priest, Priest or Minister.
