The Role
We are looking for experienced Cleaners in the Bendigo area that are highly motivated, passionate and results driven for medium to large retail Shopping Centre's. The purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hygiene, and presentation with excellent customer service & standards.

- Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner.
- A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Delivery of five-star customer service and standards.
- Outcome focused and standards driven.
- A great ability to work and be part of the team.
- Experience in cleaning is essential.
Skills and Experience
- Machinery experience essential (scrubbing and buffing)
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Work in a fast pace and busy Shopping Centre
- Experience working in Shopping Centre cleaning teams. (Further training will be given to the successful candidate).
- Good understanding of Environmental Health & safety management also a commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays.

This position will be based on award wages and applicants should be available for an immediate start. You may be required to work flexible hours at times, including weekends in accordance with business and client requirements.
