”Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better”.Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Cleaner at our Queen Elizabeth Hospital location , employed on a Casual (over 48 hours per fortnight) basis.The Position:
- Cleaners provide services to all departments, wards and public areas
- Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties
- Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety
- Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff
- Various shift times are required
Minimum Criteria:- You must be able to work within a 24/7 rotating roster
- Previous experience in a similar role within a health care facility is highly desirable
- Must hold a valid Working with Children Card
- Must have a valid Police Check within 3 months
- Must have all COVID Vaccinations and willing to receive mandatory Immunisations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
- Genuine interest in working with can caring for people
