About Us:

Back in 94’ Family Clean began with a small one-man-band cleaning run and a natural energy to serve. 

This natural service energy became our secret sauce. A secret sauce sooooooo damn good, everyone wanted it. 

As Family Clean grew, so did our need to find more service minded people to join us. Thoroughly good humans who naturally possess our secret sauce of good ol’ fashioned service values, an instinct for anticipating needs and a purposeful approach to everything they do.

Today, we’re highly driven on our mission to provide life changing service routines for clients, and regular dependable quality work for our crews.

Your goal:

To provide a service so damn good clients won’t know what they did before they had you. 

How?

Here you’re a Home Assistant, not “just a cleaner.” 

Whether it’s kid mess, pantry chaos, bathroom build-up, picking up the groceries, watering the plants, basic meal-prep and of course staying on top of the essentials like dusting, vacuuming and mopping - you’ll learn the individual needs of each client and personalise your service to take care of all things home life to make their everyday easier. 

The result?

Long-term dependable work for you on a regular weekly and fortnightly basis in the same homes. No filthy once-off jobs or bond cleans. No unpredictability from week to week. You’ll become the glue that keeps the house together, the person that makes a house a home.

We should also tell you the best part… when this work is done right, it will leave a less ‘surface level’ impact long after you close the door on a freshly mopped floor.

In 1962, President Jack Kennedy visited the NASA space centre. During his visit, he noticed a cleaner carrying a broom. 

He walked over and said ‘Hi, I’m Jack Kennedy. What are you doing?” 

The cleaner responded “Well Mr President, I’m helping put a man on the moon.” 

In one sentence, this man connected his work to its greater purpose. By providing a clean and safe work environment, he was helping engineers with the conditions they needed to do their work and get man on the moon.

You’ll be the difference between client ‘Jenny’ coming home from her full-time job and actually having quality time to spend with her son who is struggling with school, rather than scrambling to clean the floors before bedtime.

You’ll be the difference between client ‘Steve’ not having to worry about his ageing parents climbing a ladder to dust the fans, knowing their home is in your capable hands and they’re enjoying a clean, healthy environment.

The Details:

* $40/hour - Clients pay you directly on the day of service
* No products or equipment needed - Clients provide these for you
* Weekly and Fortnightly jobs only - Long-term, dependable work. No filthy once-off or bond cleans.

*Ongoing support - You’ll have your very own dedicated Crew Care team, who have been in your shoes and are right behind you with knowledge and support to set you up for success!
