Job Summary:
- Provide cleaning services to all common areas and building surrounds.
- Maintain the security of residents and property.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Well-developed communication and people skills.
- Residential and Commercial cleaning experience.
- Ability to read and understand material and safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Ability to follow a cleaning schedule as determined by the Facility Manager.
- Reliable work history and well-presented.
- Level 2 or 3 Cleaning.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the high level of cleanliness and hygiene of all common areas of the building.
- Safely undertake cleaning duties using appropriate warning signage.
- Monitor and collect any litter from around the building
- Maintain work routine and cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly, and periodical basis
- Maintain all cleaning equipment
- Check rubbish bins and empty them when necessary
- Note all defective lights and report
- Assist residents with messages and deliveries.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
