AddressWe are a Menswear Wholesaler based in St.Peters NSW and are seeking a mature minded professional and experienced Office All Rounder to support our Sales Team.
This position will commence on part-time 3 days a week , Tuesday -Thursday hours will be 8.30 to 4.30pm
THE ROLE
As Clerical Assistant / office all rounder , your duties will include but not be limited to :
- Supporting the Sales Manager with all administrative duties
- Monitor & Maintain product spreadsheets
- Raising Purchase Orders and Supplier Contracts
- Liaising with Customers and Overseas Suppliers
EXPERIENCE
- Must have previous Clerical /office experience within a professional environment with preference given to have worked in the Fashion Industry-preferably Menswear
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( especially EXCEL ) Powerpoint
- Excellent skills both verbal & written
SKILLS
Excellent Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Great attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
