We're seeking a motivated Clerical/Retail Assistant to play a vital role in our family-run business. You'll go beyond the typical retail role, assisting customers and ensuring our front office runs smoothly. This is your chance to make a real impact in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
Angelo's Fresh Pasta Products, is a Brisbane based family-run business, operating for over 55 years.
In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our business, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
Your typical day will be:
- Greeting and serving customers,
- Sales order management,
- Administrative support (answering phones, customer (retail/wholesale) sales, checking paperwork - following up tasks to ensure completion),
- Managing office equipment,
- Various general account's duties,
- Placing supplier orders,
- Booking transport pickups,
- Data entry,
- Packing outgoing dry and frozen orders,
- Stocking freezers/shelves ensuring stock rotation,
- General day-to-day office upkeep.
You're a great fit if you:

- A systems-oriented person and able to follow processes.
- Are team player with a strong work ethic.
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

- Energetic, organised, well presented, mature minded person.
- Knowledge of Safe Food Handling Standards is a plus!
