We are currently looking for energetic people with previous experience in a call centre environment and/or customer service experience, to assist our clients through the appointment scheduling process with BreastScreen Victoria.
About the role:
We offer part-time and casual positions, working Monday to Friday during business hours (8.30am to 5.00pm), at our Carlton office.
As a Client Contact Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide the best possible service as they participate in our screening program. Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls from clients who wish to book a screening appointment with BreastScreen Victoria.
- Undertake outbound calls encouraging clients to re-screen every 2 years.
- Respond to a range of client inquiries through phone calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Provide support to online booking clients.
- Undertake clinic cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process various administrative tasks associated with the booking process.
- Participate in a mail room roster to process incoming and outgoing mail.
About you:
You will have previous experience working in a caring, client facing role. You will be able to successfully demonstrate a strong understanding of first-class customer service principles and the desire to make each conversation with our client’s a positive experience.
You will also have:
- Good computer literacy including MS Office knowledge and good typing speed.
- Understanding of key Call Centre measures.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
- Active listening skills with strong attention to detail.
- A patient and friendly telephone manner.
- Availability to work 3 days per week (part-time) or up to 3 days per week (casual).
