Overview:
As a Client Services Experience Officer, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to providing unparalleled service to our valued clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
🔹 Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
🔹Reception responsibilities, meet and greet our clients that walk in
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining client records accurately and confidentially.
🔹 Serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Supporting two offices.
🔹 Assisting clients with account inquiries, transactions, and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
Client Onboarding: Support the Client Services Officer with the onboarding process by ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
🔹 Collaborating with our team of financial advisers to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and personalised solutions.
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to address concerns and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our services.
🔹 Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Client Experience and improve internal processes.
🔹 Representing our firm with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Organised work environment: Maintaining a well-organised office environment for our team and our clients, organising documents, and ensuring that office supplies are stocked, and equipment is well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry (not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve client issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. (Xplan is highly desirable but not essntial)
- A genuine passion for helping others and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
