As a Client Liaison Officer with Your Realty Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our client's projects. Working closely with our team, you'll assist clients from initial land acquisition to the final handover of keys to tenants.
Candidates must reside on the Eastern Coast of Australia and be available to travel once a month for meetings and training with advance notice. Initially, the role offers 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as sales grow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the acquisition of land for investment properties.
- Coordinate and manage project milestones, ensuring timely completion.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing questions and concerns.
- Utilise our live platform to offer real-time progress updates to clients.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure client accessibility via our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in managing relationships with vendors, developers, and solicitors to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project execution.
- Strong organisational skills and innate attention to detail are a must.
