ACTIV Pharmaceuticals Group is a growing Australian pharmaceutical company with operations across the pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical and nutraceutical industries.
Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a quality minded operations person. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Quality Associate who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and would like to progress in an operations / logistics role. This will be a management position and experience across several disciplines is required.
This candidate will be working closely with the internal and external customers, ensuring ongoing manufacturing demands are met, whilst maintaining quality compliance.
- 38-hour week with a 2.30pm finish on Friday

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with customers and coordinate all requirements and changes with internal departments
- Coordinate with Production Manager on manufacturing schedule ensuring all materials are available within specified lead-times
- Coordinate with Quality personnel to ensure all information required for changes and new product are available and addressed in a timely manner
- Manage warehouse requirements and ensure compliance with good warehousing practices
- Review customer quotes and provide information to Managing Director.

The successful candidate requires:
- Tertiary qualification in science / logistics or business
- Experience with ERP / CRM system
- Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with Cost of Goods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Ability to work as part of team
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Exhibit strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate experience in Office Administration and computer literacy.
