The Role
 
Our Client Partnership Manager will be passionate about delivering technical recruitment and workforce planning solutions to key opinion leaders and executive leadership teams within our growing portfolio of global clients within the Clinical Diagnostics, Life Science and Biotechnology space.
 
Your role will see you working closely with the Managing Director to offer some of our trusted long-term clients the support and service that that require and deserve. You will also be a pivotal person when it comes to representing KE Select and building relationships within the sector, NSW being a strong focus.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
As Client Partnership Manager, you will be the principle contact for relationships with our designated clients across APAC.  As well as managing our APAC accounts, your role will be to identify and nourish relevant partnership opportunities within the NSW territory. Networking, presenting and sector presence will be a key part of your role.
 
Duties will also include;
  • Promote KE Select’s comprehensive range of local and international recruitment partnering solutions to potential clients within your focus area.
  • Interact and engage in strategic partnerships to enhance our overall opportunity to promote our multiple staffing solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee events aimed at strengthening relationships and promoting our services within the Life Science sector
  • Ensure that value is added to clients and their business/organisation through the assessment of their recruitment systems and processes, as well as their outsourcing options.
  • Continually enhance and uphold the reputation and perception of KE Select through excellent planning, delivery, report writing, and day-to-day interactions with clients and other key stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Continually demonstrate a professional and engaging approach whilst assessing clients and partnering with them to enhance their recruitment-based systems and processes.
  • Liaise with internal delivery teams as required, ensuring that team members are adequately briefed, ensuring quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the internal team.
  • Proactively engage with peers and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement, in line with the KE Select standards of excellence, putting the clients first.
  • Business planning, mapping out of your client base whilst building a plan around increasing the overall opportunity to present partnerships opportunities, nationally.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to meet key deliverables, targets, and client focused agreements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years in a similar role
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within the Life Science industry
  • Demonstrated key account management and business development
  • Good commercial acumen and market knowledge within the Life Science and Clinical Diagnostics industry
  • A strong strategic mindset
  • Ability to build effective relationships with consultants, clients, and
  • Ability to travel to client sites and occasionally
  • A Scientific or Healthcare related degree or equivalent qualification
  • Current Driver's license
