Position Summary: The Client Relationship/Contract Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role involves managing client contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and overseeing the client lifecycle from onboarding through contract renewal. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Manage the entire client contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, legal, finance) to ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and client expectations.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, client feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to maximise satisfaction and long-term value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve Client Relationship management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Client Relationship management, contract management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and negotiation practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Contract management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
